At KaiCare, we have taken upon ourselves of creating value for all - Participants, Families, Support Coordinators, Discharge Planners, and Allied Health, and the community we operate in. KaiCare focuses on how we best serve stakeholders by easing some of the pressure they face in the day-to-day activities from participants fragmented care, support coordinator crises management, poor communication, family burnout, delayed hospital discharges, readmission risk, safety concerns from Occupational Therapist, and Physiotherapist poor carryover of programs.

We VALUE our staff and their families as they remain the cornerstone of our company. We are a small-business that focuses the well-being and welfare of our staff and their loved ones. The company aims to assist our staff in their growth and development by providing adequate support through training and education and mentoring.
