KaiCare was born out of a committment to compassionate delivery of compliance consultancy services to aged care facilities, so they can spend more time caring, and less time on administration.
After witnessing the unprecedented challenges aged-care facilities faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, the co-founders of KaiCare felt a responsibility to offer clear, concise but comprehensive compliance consulting services to aged-care clients to support clinical nurses and centre leaders achieve best-practice standards and their facilities to thrive.
KaiCare’s commits to each facility the same quality of compliance services each time, and to accompany aged-care providers toward a path of clarity and compliance certainty. We don’t just “fix and leave”. We’re committed to planning, building and implementing sustainable solutions so aged-care facilities can get back to doing what they do best: caring for our elderly.

At KaiCare, we have taken upon ourselves of creating value for all stakeholders of the business - clients, staff, and the community we operate in. KaiCare focuses on how we best serve our clients by easing some of the pressure they face in the day-to-day operations of their business. Instead of being run down by these pressures, KaiCare aims to alleviate some of those pressures.
We VALUE our staff and their families as they remain the cornerstone of our company. We are a small-business that focuses the well-being and welfare of our staff and their loved ones. The company aims to assist our staff in their growth and development by providing adequate support through training and education and mentoring, management team of the business are always a phone call away if they are unsure about something or requiring support.
